Your Free Health Consultation is where your journey with SoulRoot Wellness begins. This one-on-one conversation gives you the space to talk openly about your health goals, current challenges, and what you truly want to feel in your daily life — physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore where you are now and where you’d like to be. I’ll help you uncover the root causes of what’s been keeping you stuck, and we’ll discuss what kind of support, tools, and steps will help you move forward in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
This isn’t a sales call — it’s a genuine conversation. It’s your opportunity to experience what holistic health coaching feels like and to see if my approach aligns with your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, reduce stress, improve energy, or simply reconnect with yourself, this call is designed to give you clarity and direction.
During your consultation, we’ll:

Happy, Balanced & Empowered 6-Month One-on-One Coaching
This 6-month journey is designed to help you find balance in every area of your life — physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. Through personalized coaching and consistent support, we’ll work together to uncover what’s been holding you back and build sustainable habits that help you feel your absolute best.
Over the course of 6 months, you’ll receive 12 private one-hour sessions, scheduled every two weeks, either virtually or locally (depending on your location). These sessions are the heart of your transformation — a safe, judgment-free space to explore your goals, celebrate your wins, and work through challenges at your own pace.
Meeting every two weeks allows you time to apply what we discuss, experience real-life progress, and come back with fresh insights. This rhythm keeps you moving forward without feeling overwhelmed, helping each step become a natural part of your daily life rather than a quick fix.
Every session is customized to you. Together, we’ll focus on:

Your kitchen sets the tone for your wellness journey — and the Pantry & Fridge Refresh is here to help you create an environment that supports your goals from the inside out.
This one-hour session can be booked as a stand-alone service or added to your SoulRoot Wellness coaching program for an extra layer of accountability and support. Whether we meet virtually or in person, this session is all about helping you align your kitchen with your health goals so healthy choices become easy, not overwhelming.
We’ll start by talking through your personal goals and current habits, then create a customized plan to help you get your pantry and fridge where they need to be to support your success. Together, we’ll:
🌿 Clear it — identify what’s helping or hindering your progress and remove the confusion around what belongs in your kitchen.
🌿 Swap it — learn how to make simple, sustainable substitutions that fit your taste, budget, and lifestyle.
🌿 Love it — restock and reorganize your space so it feels inspiring, not intimidating — a place that fuels your body and your confidence.
This refresh goes beyond food — it’s about building awareness, confidence, and accountability. I’ll help you understand labels, spot hidden sugars and carbs, and create a kitchen that makes your goals easier to reach every day.

✋ EFT (Tapping)
Release. Rebalance. Reconnect.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — often called tapping — is a gentle yet powerful mind-body practice that helps release emotional blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to your energy. It combines ancient Chinese acupressure points with modern psychology to help you process emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and find a sense of peace within.
During an EFT session, you’ll use your fingertips to lightly tap on specific meridian points while focusing on a thought, emotion, or challenge you’d like to release. This process helps reduce stress hormones, lower anxiety, and bring the body back into a calm, balanced state — allowing you to respond to life with clarity instead of overwhelm.

1. How does your coaching program work?
Each client begins with a Free Health Consultation to talk about your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we create a personalized plan designed around you — your lifestyle, your energy, and your needs. My signature 6-Month One-on-One Coaching Program includes 12 biweekly sessions where we focus on progress, accountability, and lasting transformation.
2. How can I get started?
It all begins with your Free Health Consultation! You can book directly through my website or contact me to schedule. This conversation gives us a chance to connect, explore your goals, and see if SoulRoot Wellness is the right fit for you — no pressure, just honest support and clarity about your next steps.
3. What is holistic health?
Holistic health means looking at your well-being as a whole — body, mind, and spirit. Instead of focusing on symptoms alone, we explore the deeper connections between your physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual health to help you find true balance and lasting change.
4. Do you coach on areas other than physical health?
Absolutely! While nutrition and movement are important, I also help clients strengthen their mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual health. We focus on mindset, self-awareness, emotional balance, stress management, and creating daily habits that align with your goals — so you can feel grounded, connected, and in control.
5. What’s the difference between your one-on-one coaching and your workshops?
One-on-one coaching is fully personalized and centered around your unique goals, while workshops offer a community experience focused on specific topics or practices. Both are designed to help you grow, learn, and stay accountable — it just depends on whether you thrive best with individual attention or shared group energy or both.
6. Do you offer virtual sessions or only in-person?
Both! 🌸 I work with clients virtually and in person, depending on your location and preference. My goal is to make coaching accessible and comfortable, no matter where you are. Virtual sessions are just as personal and powerful — giving you the flexibility to grow from anywhere.
7. How does payment work for the 6-Month Program?
I offer three flexible payment options so you can choose what works best for you:
1️⃣ Pay in full before your first scheduled session — $800 total.
2️⃣ Split into two payments of $425 each — the first due before your first session, and the second before your 7th session.
3️⃣ Pay per session — $80 before each session begins.
Payments are accepted through my TidyCal booking service via PayPal, or directly through cash or most payment apps (including Zelle).
